Radu CIOBANU is Vice-Dean and Full Professor at the Faculty of Finance and Banking (FABBV) within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), specializing in taxation, financial analysis, business valuation, and capital markets. Radu is also a researcher at the Center of Financial and Monetary Reseach (CEFIMO) and published papers and articles covering topics related to mergers and acquisitions, business resilience, ESG, etc. He is also in the editorial board of the Review of Finance and Banking (RFB). He is a tax specialist and lecturer with the Body of Licensed Accountants (CECCAR) in Romania and member of the Tax Policy Group at the Accountancy Europe. Moreover he is part of Social Dialog Council of the Romanian Ministry of Finance and Consultative Council of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration.
