Thorsten Hens holds a PhD in economics from the University of Bonn, Germany.
Since 1999 he is professor of economics at the University of Zurich, UZH.
He has published 10 books and more than 80 peer-reviewed articles.
Thorsten Hens is the co-founder of the UZH-fintech and the UZH Blockchain center.
In his current research he analyzes crypto currencies and generative AI in asset
management.
